Diosado Pagan, 51, of 41 Orange St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 4 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card, possession of ammunition without a FID card, possession of a Class B drug, and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield police.
Isac R. Hernandez, 20, of 10 Franklin St., was held in lieu of $100 cash bail after he was arraigned on two charges of vandalizing property by Westfield police.
