Steven J. Halloran, 24, of 29 Southgate Ave., was placed on pretrial probation for two months after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and two charges of breaking and entering a vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Justin H. Ward, 25, of 14 Sycamore St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Anthony Romero, 31, of 46 Church St., was found to be responsible for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was assessed $50. A number plate violation was dismissed.
Brian A. Bossie, 65, of 39 South St., Blandford, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300.
Albert G. Wallace III, 45, of 109 Beech Hill Road, Granville, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Granville police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation and was assessed $100.
Michael Gibbons, 18, of 8 Lewis St., was found to be responsible for a charge of carrying a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police and assessed $25. A motion to confiscate and destroy the metallic knuckles in question was allowed.
