Timmonthee Nieves, 20, of 168 Middle St., Springfield, was placed on pretrial probation for one month after he was arraigned on charges of racing a motor vehicle and reckless operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Joshua Harrica, 36, of 140 Miller St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the alleged victim after the alleged victim invoked his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Christian J. Valle, 21, of 50 Montgomery St., Indian Orchard, was placed on pretrial probation for three months after he was arraigned on charges of racing a motor vehicle and reckless operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Benjamin Santiago-Figuero, 28, of 33 Montgomery Road, was released on $500 personal surety pending a Nov. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Jason James Bickford, 33, of 40 Heritage Lane, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. a hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police.
Richard L. Jensen, 30, of 441 South Lane, Granville, was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Matthew E. Grandchamp, 24, of 10 Cedar St., Southwick, pleaded guilty to charges of failure to stop for police, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police. He was fined $125 and assessed $50.
Ashley M. Cos, 20, of 400 Loomis St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Nov. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
