Brian A. Bossie, 65, of 39 South St., Blandford, was found responsible for a marked lanes violation charged by State Police and a charge of operating under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted.

Jeremy Vogel, 19, of 13 Bugbee Road, Southwick, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle not meeting Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards and operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession. He was found to be responsible and was assessed $60. The court dismissed a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
Stephen J. Malo, 34, of 170 Main St., pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was fined $625. He was also assessed $50. A charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Pablo Baez, 40, of 6 Cycle St., saw a charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify.
Tito A. Pacheco, 31, of 14 Pinewood Lane, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending an Oct. 30 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police.
Douglas S. Hawthorne, 37, of 4 Hedges Drive, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license not prosecuted.
Aaron R. McBryar, 23, of 627B Russell Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and speeding brought by Westfield police.
Orlando J. Roman Rodriguez, 20, of 33 Montgomery St., was found to have violated probation imposed in February 2012, relative to charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness and was fined $625.
Kenneth Bassett, 20, of 11 St. Paul St., was found responsible for two charges of failure to wear a seat belt brought by State Police and was assessed $50. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was not prosecuted.
Amelia M. Baldarelli, 22, of P.O. Box 814, Southwick, was found responsible for a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Southwick police and was assessed $100.
Jordan J. Hanlon, 24, of 502 W. Cherry Ave., Flagstaff, Ariz., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of carrying a dangerous weapon and receiving stolen property valued less than $250 by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 assessment. He was found to be responsible for a charge of trespass.
Richard J. Carter, 57, of an address restricted by the court, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Michael Aultman, 36, of 115 Heywood Ave., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 29 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a number plate violation brought by State Police.
Christian W. Trusty, 34, of 15 Fowler St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of violation of a protective order brought by Southwick police.
John P. Rosario, 26, of 42 King St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Ryan M. Habiger, 30, of 45 Lois St., Lee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police.
Michelle I. Parker, 27, of 651 Holyoke Road, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of heroin brought by Westfield police.
