Orlando Colon, 44, of 110 Lincoln St., Apt. 4L, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an October 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and missing a registration sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Shaun Hitchcock, 26, of 77 South Maple St., B St., received three months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after charges of unlawful wiretap were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
John C. Mazeski, III, 36, of 33 Chestnut St., Chicopee, received a six month suspended sentence to the House of Correction with probation to August 4, 2017 and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a suspended licensed, amended to subsequent offense, and was found not responsible for speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Richard F. Carroll, Jr., 35, of no known address, was held on $500 cash surety pending a September 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possessing a Class B drug, brought by Westfield police.
