Timothy R. Crockett, 29, of 72 Honey Pot Road, Southwick, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police not prosecuted;
Kristen Hackett, 26, of 9 Sackett St., was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 31 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Nino Valentino, 40, of 103 Steiger Drive, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her marital privilege and refused to testify. Two additional charges of assault and battery were also dismissed when the mother to the alleged victim, a minor child, refused to testify.
Jennifer L. Meagher, 43, of 8 Phelps Ave., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker.
Tommy R. Wright, 42, of 209 Douglas Ave., Providence, R.I., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 26 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Kelly A. Collette, 43, of 110 Emery St., Chester, pleaded guilty to a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to a 127-day term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for a year. She was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation. A charge of operating under the influence of drugs was not prosecuted.
Jeffrey J. Beauregard, 51, of 13 Belmont St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Oct. 31 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police Kinya Ross, 41, of 17 Avon Place, Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 12 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.
Nicole M. Sgrignari, 20, of 148 Prospect Street Extension, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty findings for charges of unlawfully transporting liquor, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute and possession of a false license brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $190 and a drug violation near a school was not prosecuted.
Robert W. McCarthy III, 52, of 177 Wollaston St., Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.26, assessed $350 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield and not responsible for a charge of failure to slow.
Donald A. Edwards, 51, of 60 Warebrook Drive, Ware, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a municipal ordinance violation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of a $50 fee.
Joseph Cardarelli, 20, of 111 Holder Lane, West Barnstable, was placed on pre-trial probation for three months and ordered to pay restitution of $100 after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation.
