Alan C. Lesiege, 58, of 22 Holy Meadow Road, Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $300 and ordered to pay restitution of $255. He was found to be not responsible for a state highway traffic violation and a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
James P. Kosko, 34, of 3 Chestnut St., Southington, Conn., saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class E drug brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
Anthony J. Mair, 54, of 12 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, and was sentenced to a 60-day term in the house of correction with credit for time served since July 9. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for motor vehicle lights violation and was assessed $35.
Richard A. Scorzafava, 27, of 270 Munger Hill Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and assault with a dangerous weapon brought by Westfield Police.
Rachel L.Keating, 26, of 207 Morgan Road, West Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. She was assessed $50 and ordered to pay restitution of $45.
Richard R. Lind, 44, of 1 Belden Court, Agawam, saw two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and a charge of conspiracy brought by Southwick police dismissed after he was arraigned and indicted on the same charges in superior court.
James A. Mills, 23, of 34 Morningside Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He also submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of possession of a Class B drug and that charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Heather J. Sullivan, 27, of 31 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by State Police.
Jessica L. Menard, 32, of 42 Tina Lane, Feeding Hills, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Sept. 27 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor equipment violation brought by Southwick police.
Joseph Malanson, 34, of 64 Will Palmer Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a miscellaneous motor equipment violation. Charges of possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug were not prosecuted.
