Joshua O. Das. 23, of 90 King St., Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a number plate violation.
Christopher Letourneau, 18, of 30 Crown Street, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $150. In a separate case he admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of improper operation of a motor vehicle.
Johnathon A. Berry, 20, of 9 Miller Street, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one week. He was assessed $50.
Arturo J. Cook-Obregon, 19, of 128 South Loomis St., Southwick, was placed on pretrial probation for six months after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250.
Ronald J. Markett, 45, of 171 Elizabeth Avenue, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police dismissed by the judge and was found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation. In a separate case, Markett admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of distribution of a Class B drug and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Christine Puza, 20, of 257 Falley Drive, was released on her personal recognizance pending an Oct. 5 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of threatening to commit a crime, making annoying telephone or electronic messages and assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Anthony M. Pace, 23, of 1180 East St., Mansfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Reggie Dejesus, 31, of 88 Russellville Road, pleaded guilty to charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by State Police and was sentenced to concurrent one year terms in the house of correction with credit for time served since March 15. He admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed. He was found to be not responsible for charges of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and evading a toll on the Massachusetts Turnpike. A charge of operating under the influence of liquor was not prosecuted.
Gerald G. Cousineau, 44, of 139 Union St., admitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Sergey V. Titenko, 26, of 64 Squire Drive, West Springfield, saw a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by the management of a Springfield Road department store not prosecuted.
