Jack M. Lehan, 20, of 225 Roosevelt Road, Weymouth, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Vladimir F. Kostyushko, 32, of 33 Russellville Road, saw two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, two charges breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and a charge of larceny by false pretenses brought by Westfield police dismissed when Judge William O’Grady allowed a defense motion for dismissal.
Jeffrey P. Horkun, 46, of 18 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was assessed $50, found to be not responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Kenneth M. Egan, 49, of 34 Boyden Road, Orange, saw a charge of uttering a false writing brought by Southwick police dismissed upon payment of $1,124.25 in restitution. A charge of forgery of a document was not prosecuted.
Scott P. Stratton, 35, of 56 Mount Carmel Ave., Chicopee, saw a charge of uttering a false writing brought by Southwick police dismissed upon payment of $1,124.25 in restitution. A charge of forgery of a document was not prosecuted.
Michael J. Kaier, 43, of 168 Huntington Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by a Brandon, Florida, resident.
