Adrian Zayas, 35, of 47 Broad St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Zayas submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued more than $250, breaking and entering a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and assault and battery on a police officer and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and ordered to pay $180 in restitution.
John R. Dobozy, 30, of 110 Beech Plain Road, Sandisfield, was held in lieu of $200 cash bail pending a Jan. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to signal, carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class A drug, conspiracy to violate drug laws and a brakes violation brought by State Police.
Shaun R. Stanton, 31, of 6 Silver St., Great Barrington, was released on $200 cash bail pending a Jan. 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by State Police.
Joshua A. Osden, 35, of 10 Crown St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of keeping a noisy and disorderly house brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. In a second case, also brought by Westfield police, Osden submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50. In a third case brought by Westfield police, Osden again submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for another charge of disturbing the peace and again the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed an additional $50.
Darrin D. Smith, 48, of 9 Laurie Drive, Enfield, Connecticut, was found to be responsible for charges of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations and was assessed $500. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, was not prosecuted.
William Delgado, 31, of 7 Prospect St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Brandon A. Callahan, 22, of 10 Hampden St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Nathan D. Curtin, 26, of 10 Hampden St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Seth Benoit, 24, of 47A Taylor Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 10 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police.
Nelson Blanco, 26, of 55 Alsace St., Springfield, was released on his personal after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense), transporting a child younger than 8 years-of-age and shorter than 58 inches without a car seat and speeding brought by Westfield police.
