Nicholas Lulek, 27, of 55 South Maple Street, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker brought by Westfield Police. The charges were continued without a finding until March 20, 2015 and he was assessed a $50 fee.
Adam Gilmore, 31, of 62 Pomona Street, Springfield, admitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding on charges of shoplifting by asportation and trespassing brought by Westfield Police. The charges were continued without a finding until March 20, 2015 and he was assessed a $50 fee.
Samantha Liptak, 31, of 100 Whitaker Road, plead guilty to a charge of larceny over $250 by a single scheme brought by Southwick Police. She was placed on a year’s probation and ordered to pay $411.02 in restitution, along with a $50 fee.
Ashley Gignac, 24, of 8 Dubois Street, was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, child endangerment while operating under the influence and a marked lanes violation, all brought by Westfield Police. She was released on her personal recognizance and is due back in court February 2, 2015.
