Tyler J. Meade, 25, of 21 Summer St., Westfield, had a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a hearing with probation until Dec. 21, 2018, with fees assessed, and a charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield Police.
