Rigoberto B. Castillo, 43, of 47 Broad St., Apt. A1, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 14, 2018 hearing after being arraigned on charges of identity fraud and larceny under $250 by false pretense, brought by Westfield Police.

Todd C. Moton, 42, of 193 East St., Dalton, had charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and Mass Pike speeding dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by State Police Westfield.

Lauren A. Ryan, 35, of 10 Sterling St., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent and Mass Pike—marked lanes violation, brought by State Police Westfield.

Dec. 29, 2017

Davian J. Brown, 25, of 72 Meadow St., Apt. 2R, Westfield, had a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding with probation until Dec. 28, 2018, with fees assessed, while a charge of leave scene of property damage had admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Dec. 28, 2018 and a charge of marked lanes violation found not responsible brought by Russell State Police.

Kayla A. Fuller, 23, of 30a Lois St., Lee, had a charge of wanton destruction of property admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until June 29, 2018, fees assessed, brought by Westfield State University Police.
