Brian R. Gunn, 39, of 2 Hickory Lane, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 7 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery, brought by Southwick Police.
Sean P. Clancey, 53, of 31 Whitaker St., Springfield, was sentenced to one year in House of Corrections after a judge found him guilty of larceny over $250 by a single scheme, originally brought by Westfield Police.
Nicholas J. Westcott, 26, of 67 Davis Road, Southwick, was held in lieu of $250 cash bail pending a Jan. 27 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin, brought by Southwick Police.
