Robert L. Camacho, 29, of 157 Merrimac Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 23 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of failure to stop or yield and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police.
Brania Garcia, 29, of 182 Nursery St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 15 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person older than 60 years of age or disabled, forgery of a check and uttering a false check brought by Southwick police.
Joseph R. Gorman, 26, of 14B Granview St., Southwick, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50, found to be responsible for two motor vehicle lights violations and was assessed an additional $70.
Daniel J. Wall, 37, of 24 Summer St., was released on his personal recognizance pending an Apr. 24 jury trial after he was arraigned on charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws brought by Westfield police.
