Bernardo E. Garcia Jr., 40, of 131 Capri Ave., Sebastian, Florida, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Southwick police and was placed on probation for a year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $4,000 in restitution. In a second case also brought by Southwick police, Garcia pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle and was again placed on probation for a year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $3,500 in restitution.
Richard K. Dazelle, 20, of 11 Morris St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield State University police.
Jerry D. Mauldin, 30, of 30 Taylor Ave., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, assault and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 90 day term in the house of correction and a concurrent 30 day term.
Sean T. Csogi, 26, of 600 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 12 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years-of-age or older brought by Westfield police.
Sean M. Peich, 25, of 101 Franklin St., saw a charge of being a fugitive from justice brought by Westfield police dismissed and he was surrendered to New York authorities.
Edwin G. Conde-Torres, 22, of 29 Cabot St., Holyoke, was found to be responsible for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding brought by Westfield police and he was assessed $100.
Jeffrey A. Schindler, 23, of 110 Fairview St., Agawam, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker not prosecuted.
Thomas J. Bertrand, 28, of 926 Northwest St., Feeding Hills, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
Ricardo R. Torres, 43, of 165 Union St., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and trespass brought by Westfield police and was fined $250. He was assessed $50.
Alexis Oquendo, 34, of 29 Elizabeth St., Indian Orchard, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of speeding.
Eric D. Sadler, 24, of 28 Brenda Drive, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order and was placed on probation until Dec. 1, 2015. He was assessed $50.
Hector Ramirez, 20, of 28 Montmorenci St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. He was found to be not responsible for a motor vehicle lights violation.
David M. Pfiffner, 37, of 13 Ashton St., Hartford, Connecticut, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of merchandise valued more than $100 by asportation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
