Caitlyn Moran, 21, of 5 Scandanavia Ave., Worcester, was placed on one year probation, fined $707 and received 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding and was found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, brought by Westfield State University police.
Anthony M. Mirolli, 45, of 27 Belle Ave., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a December 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of juror failing to attend, brought by Office of Jury Commission.
Erin L. Nichols, 24, of 4 Linden Ave., was released on her personal recognizance pending a January 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
