Zachary J. Grchan, 25, of 232 Sheep Pasture, Southwick, was placed on one year probation after charges of possession to distribute a Class D drug were continued without finding, brought by Southwick police.
Parise J. Williams, 29, of 140 Union St., had charges of violating an abuse prevention order and assault and battery on a family/household member dismissed after victim asserted Fifth Amendment rights, brought by Westfield police.
Kevin J. Charizione, 33, of 27 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, separate charges of disorderly conduct and trespass and separate charges of trespass and disorderly conduct, brought by Southwick police.
Brendon J. Schomer, 22, of 5 Tobacco Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by Russell State Police.
Patrick J. Flynn, 32, of 18 Myrtle Ave., was placed on 90 days probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding and had charges of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
