Peterson, 21, of 140 School St., Agawam, was released on $500 personal surety pending a Feb. 7, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, larceny of property valued more than $150 and vandalizing property brought by Westfield police.
Bryan D. Gardner Lopez, 24, of 7 Cedar St., Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 1, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to wear a seat belt and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police.
Christopher Peluso, 35, of 298 Autumn St., Agawam, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 1, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Corey Cameron, 22, of 117 Valley View Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 1, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield State University police.
Laura E. Leja, 37, of 1311 Blandford Road, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 1, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle without a license in her possession, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.
Josh Niemiec, 27, of 5 Gloria Drive, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 14, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for a police officer and speeding brought by Southwick police.
