Kristen N. Hackett, 27, of 13 Belmont St., was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 7 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Christopher C. Wert, 26, of 593 Southwick Road, was held in lieu of $25 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and intimidating a witness brought by Westfield police.
Ryck Crabtree, 23, of 19 Sackett St., was held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, intimidating a witness and kidnapping brought by Westfield police.
Kristen M. Mikos, 24, of 205 East St., Ludlow, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100.
Edwin W. Tan, 22, of 36 Pine St., West Newton, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one month. He was ordered to pay restitution of $171.
Eric J. Voudren, 38, of 18 King St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police and the OUI charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. The negligent operation charge was dismissed and he was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
