Ryan J. Murphy, 27, of 86 Birch Bluff Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault and battery on police officer and leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Westfield police.
Gina J. Kapolis, 43, of 66 French Ave., Brockton, was released in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a February 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting over $100 by asportation, brought by Westfield police.
Tyler E. Bovat, 27, of 1 Milton Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member and malicious destruction of property under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Van O. Gruska, 26, of 60 Paul Revere Drive, Feeding Hills, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a January 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of possessing a Class A drug subsequent offense and shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield police.
Gregory Myers, 24, of 73 Washington St., Springfield, was sentenced to 90 days in the House of Correction with credit for time served after charges of assault and battery on family/household member amended to assault and battery were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.

Zorimar Heredia, 22, of 560 S. Summer St., Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a February 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, brought by Westfield police.
Kyle S. Cianfarani, 23, of 358 Prince John Drive, Becket, was placed on probation till August 31, 2016 and ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution, after charges of receiving stolen property were continued without finding, brought by Russell State Police.
