Steven E. Loman, 21, of 93 Malden St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 5, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to stop or yield brought by Westfield police.
Gregg M. Sheldon, 32, of 11 Tow Path Lane, saw a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by State Police not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence.
Matthew H. Shea, 27, of 22 Kellogg St., pleaded guilty to two charges of possession of a Class B drug brought by Agawam police and was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 127 days in the house of correction, with credit for time served awaiting trial since Sept. 10. The two terms will be served concurrently with a sentence imposed for an unrelated offense.
George Yarns, 24, of 79 Beacon Circle, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 28, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense), operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Cameron Keenan, 19, of 250 Theresa Terrace, Lee, was found to be responsible for a charge of distribution of a Class D drug brought by Westfield State University and was assessed $100. A drug violation near a school or park was not prosecuted.
Jeffrey Procon, 39, of 614 Granby Road, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 7, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Connor F. Graham, 19, of 124 Holmes Road, Lenox, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Feb. 27, 2013, hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor brought by Westfield police.
Tina M. Beaudry, 37, of 20 Babb Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Feb. 27, 2013, hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery.
