William A. James, 51, of 129 Root Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield police.
Stacey L. Bingle, 40, of 229 White Pond Road, Athol, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Russell State Police.
Michael D. Keier, 20, of 15 Avery St., had charges of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after victim asserts Fifth Amendment rights.
Vladimir Belyshev, Jr., 34, of 155 Papermill Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of using motor vehicle without authority, brought by Westfield police.
