, 42, of 2 Becarri Lane, Southampton, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and possession of a Class A drug, subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police.
Julie A. Stangle, 56, of 4 Boyce Road, Southwick, was placed on two-years probation, ordered to complete 14 days in an inpatient treatment center and ordered to comply with RMV license suspension after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, second or subsequent offense and had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
Paul Putsykovich, 18, of 16 Bevedere Garden, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding at arraignment, dismissed upon payment of $50, brought by Westfield police.
Nancy L. Lefebvre, 71, of 90 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a January 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Southwick police.
Kennisha S. Young, 21, of 1163 Westfield St., West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a February 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Michelle Carrillo, 46, of 1507 Coachman Road, Spring Hill, Fla., was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a February 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of identity fraud, brought by Westfield police.
Ronald J. Wierzbowski, 43, of 697 Old Westfield Road, Granville, received a two-year sentence to the House of Correction suspended to December 4, 2017 after pleading guilty to charges of possession to distribute a Class A drug amended to possession only and resisting arrest and had charges of assault and battery on a police officer, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Anthony C. Peterson, Sr., 36, of 69 Armark St., Springfield, was released in lieu of $2,000 cash bail pending a February 1 hearing after being arraigned on charges of distributing a Class B drug subsequent offense, possession of Class B drug subsequent offense, possession of Class E drug, possession of Class A drug subsequent offense and possession of Class B drug, brought by Westfield police.
