Peter J. O”Connor, 19, of 100 Van Norden Road, Reading, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of person under 21 possessing liquor, possessing a Class E drug, motor vehicle lights violation and possessing open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State University police.
Michael D. Allen, 19, of 195 Sandwich, Sandwich, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of person under 21 possessing alcohol, brought by Westfield State University police.
Cory M. Hills, 18, of 25 Harrison Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and person under 21 possessing liquor, brought by Westfield State University police.
Zachary P. Dougherty, 30, of 9 Robin Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 11 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest, brought by environmental police.
Alana T. Toomey, 43, of 201 Pineview Circle, Agawam, was released on her personal recognizance pending a January 22 hearing after being arraigned on charges of misdemeanor breaking and entering and trespass, brought by Southwick police.
Christopher R. Hall, 25, of 60 Grove St., Russell, was placed on 90 days probation at arraignment after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding and was found not responsible for number plate violation, brought by Westfield police.
Andrew T. Dumas, 23, of 577 Western casino Ave., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding at arraignment dismissed upon payment of $100 and was found not responsible for failing to stop/yield for police and speeding, brought by Westfield State University police.
Michael Collins, 19, of 134 Mechanic St., Canton, had charges of person under 21 possessing liquor continued without finding at arraignment dismissed upon payment of $50, brought by Westfield State University police.
John A. Serra, 44, of 201 Pineview Circle, Southwick, received a 60-day sentence to the House of Correction after pleading guilty at arraignment to charges of misdemeanor breaking and entering and received a 30-day concurrent sentence to the House of Correction after pleading guilty to trespass, brought by Southwick police.
Kris Lawrence, 28, of 22 Brennan Road, Amston, Conn., had charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme dismissed at request of victim, brought by Westfield police.
Jeremy M. Porter, 32, of 37 Vadnais St., East Longmeadow, was placed on six months probation after charges of leaving the scene of property damage and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding and was found not responsible for state highway traffic violation, brought by Russell State Police.
