Alberto Ramirez aka Anthony Ramirez, 29, of 126 Union St., pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to two concurrent two-year terms in the house of correction. In a second case also brought by Westfield police, Ramiriez pleaded guilty to a charge of identity fraud and was sentenced to an additional one year concurrent term. Two charges of uttering a false writing were not prosecuted. In a third case brought by Westfield police, Ramirez pleaded guilty to a charge of furnishing a false name to law enforcement officials when arrested and was sentenced to a one month term in the house of correction to be served on and after the other three sentences.
Timothy R. Dulude, 23, of 8 Laurel Road, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 9 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
