Shane A. Mineau, 22, 114 Meadow St. Apt. 1, Westfield was released on personal recognizance pending a March 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of property damage, negligent operation of motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor or .08%, brought by Southwick Police.
Veronica L. Dearden, 51, of 59 College Hwy., Apt. 14, Southwick, was released on $100 cash bail and with pretrial conditions pending a March 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of marked lanes violation, leave scene of property damage, negligent operation of motor vehicle, operating under influence of liquor, second offense and deface property, brought by Southwick Police.
John J. Sullivan, 24, of 32 Crescent Ridge Road, Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a March 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield State University police.

Keenan A. DeBour, 19, of 8 Overlook Dr., Westfield, received a one-year sentence to House of Corrections 90 days direct with balance suspended with probation until Feb. 6, 2019 and fees assessed, after pleading guilty to a charge of assault and battery. In addition, charges of assault and battery with dangerous weapon and unarmed robbery had admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Feb. 6, 2019. All charges brought by Westfield Police. DeBour also had charges of vandalize property, trespass and arrestee furnish false name/social security number admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Feb. 6, 2019, with fees assessed on the former-most charge, charges brought by Westfield State University Police.
Zachary J. Koval, 24, of 171 Wildflower Cir., Westfield, had a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until August 6, with fees assessed, and also had a charge of speeding found not responsible, charges brought by Westfield Police.
Madison S. Tenczar, 19, of 267 Pleasant St., Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 16 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield Police.
Erik A. Hernandez, 28, 54 Worcester Ave., Springfield, was fined after pleading guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as habitual traffic offender and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and found responsible for Mass Pike speeding, fees assessed, charges brought by State Police Westfield.
Cary J. Tancrati, 70, of 31 Charles Johnson Road, Southwick, had charges of stored improperly large capacity firearm near minor and owner fail to report firearm transfer/loss admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Feb. 6, 2019, with fees assessed on the former charge, brought by Southwick Police.
Thaddeus J. Stone, 54, of 8A Cycle St., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance with pretrial conditions pending a March 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.
Lynn M. Patten, 46, of 36 Blandford Stage Road, Russell, received a one-year sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation until Feb. 6, 2019 with fees assessed after pleading guilty to the charge of improper use of a credit card under $250. She also received 18 months sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation until Feb. 6, 2019 after pleading guilty to larceny over $250 by single scheme. Charge of improper use over $250 credit card dismissed, nolle prosequi. Charges brought by Westfield Police.
Justin M. Crosby, 22, of 385 Steiger Dr., Westfield, had charges of disorderly conduct and arrestee furnish false name/social security number admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Aug. 6, 2018 with fees assessed on the former charge. Also had a charge of vandalize property dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield State University Police. Crosby also had a charge of larceny over $250 admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Aug. 6, 2018, with fees assessed and an order to pay restitution, brought by Westfield Police.
