Michael L. Wright, 41, of 24 Belmont Street, saw two charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and a charge of disorderly conduct brought by State Police not prosecuted due to lack of evidence.
Donald R. Wright, 32, of 14 Laurel Road, Huntington, saw two charges of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 and a charge of disorderly conduct brought by State Police not prosecuted due to lack of evidence.
Michael Mulvaney, 26, of 58 Ashley Road, Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of violation of a an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Daniel B. Colon, 23, of 123 Vincent St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be not responsible for two miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations.
Scott Peabody, 27, of 108 Lawton St., Springfield, saw charges of failure to stop for police, armed and masked robbery and conspiracy dismissed after he was indicted and arraigned in superior court for the same offenses. In addition, a charge of failure to signal and a marked lanes violation were dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
Catherine M. Reed, 30, of 26 Shady Brook Lane, Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 11 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Terrance Gorenc, 26, of 385 South Lane, Granville, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for a police officer and assault and battery on a police officer brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $300 and found to be not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulations and a marked lanes violation.
