Alexander F. Barnett, 31, of 11 Falmouth Road, Southwick, was found guilty in a jury trial of a charge of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police. Judge Philip A. Contant sentenced Barnett to a two year term in the house of correction.
Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013
Lawrence C. Ryan, 44, of 420 Southampton Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was place on probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Matthew Rondoletto, 19, of 520 kings Highway, West Springfield, was found to be responsible for a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $25. Judge Rita Koenigs ordered that if the assessment is not paid in full by 9 a.m. on Feb. 25 the charge will be converted to a criminal offense and a default warrant will be issued.
Clifford J. Bard, 45, of 200 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed at the request of the victim. He was found to be responsible for a charge of disorderly conduct.
