Brandon Bradley, 32, of 61 Farnsworth St., Springfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200. He was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations.
Joshua R. Gavneau, 27, of 28 Guy Place, West Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a subsequent offense, and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50. He was found to be responsible for a charge of speeding in violation of special regulations and was assessed $100.
Kevin C. Kane, 32, of 98 Alhambra Circle, Agawam, pleaded guilty to two charges of larceny from a person of 65 years-of-age or older and two charges larceny of property valued more than $250 by false pretenses and was sentenced to four one year terms in the house of correction to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed by another court. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Kane pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and was sentenced to an additional one year concurrent term. He was assessed $90.
Stephen C. Pease, 27, of 85 Fairfield Ave., pleaded guilty to charges of uttering a counterfeit note and larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme and was sentenced to two concurrent 60 day terms in the house of correction with credit for time served since Feb. 15, 2013. He was assessed $90.
Brian R. Gunn, 35, of 342 Southwick Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 19 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a number plate violation brought by Westfield police.
Mark E. Salvini, 24, of 11 Rocky Brook Drive, Huntington, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious destruction of property valued more than $250 brought by State Police.
Craig Zarlengo, 25, of 24 Irene St., pleaded guilty to a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a 60 day term in the house of correction with credit for time served since Jan. 31, 2013, to be served concurrently with a sentence imposed in another case. Zarlengo was found to have violated probation imposed previously when he submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of malicious destruction of property, assault and battery and intimidating a witness was and was sentenced to three concurrent 180 day terms with credit for time served since Jan. 31, 2013.
Nathan M. Bagley, 29, of 96 City View Road, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a March 28 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property valued less than $250 brought by Southwick police.
