Clarissa Ortiz, 29, of 720 Russell Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $150. She was found to be not responsible for a number palate violation and responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle. She was assessed $100.
Ivonne M. Myers, 56, of 107 Orleans St. Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of uttering a false check and of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. She was assessed $90. In a separate case brought by State Police, Myers was released on her person recognizance pending an April 19 hearing.
Thomas M. Ricci, 48, of 11 Jeffrey Circle, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Jennifer Mcburney, 35, of 12 Julius Hall Road, Blandford, was released on her personal recognizance pending an April 3 hearing after she was arraigned on charges operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration brought by Blandford police.
Richard A. Lanoue, 32, of 868 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 19 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense), operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation brought by State Police.
Brian D. Boisseau, 49, of 24 Spring Road, Blandford, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Blandford police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Michele Marcucci, 39, of 2133 Third Ave., Watervliet, N.Y., pleaded guilty to a charge of attempting to commit a crime and was fined $300. She was assessed $50.
Jose A. Ramos, 44, of 186 Joseph Ave., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
James A. Mills, 23, of 34 Morningside Drive, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.
