Jayson Tolentino, 30, of 290 Dorset St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 27 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding in excess of the posted limit brought by Westfield police.

Nicholas W. Ingari, 21, of 24 Dibble Hollow Road, Windsor Locks, Conn., saw a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order not prosecuted after the Commonwealth reported that the alleged victim was not cooperating.

Christine L. Steele, 41, of 16 Knightly St., Hadley, saw charges of larceny of a motor vehicle and concealing leased property brought by Westfield police dismissed after she satisfied her financial obligations to the victim.

Arthur W. Madrid Jr., 41, of 361 Southampton Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of malicious damage to a motor vehicle brought by Westfield police.

Kristopher T. Friedl, 24, of 58 Jondot, Enfield, Conn., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Southwick police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600 and his license was suspended for 45 days. He was ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program but the fee was waived. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be not responsible for a speeding violation.
