Kenneth Olson, 56, of 3 Pine Knoll Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault brought by Southwick police.
Robert L. Hiney, 42, of 46 Jefferson St., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Nov. 2 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.
Edith Cordero, 34, of 50 West St., Chicopee, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme and larceny of a credit card brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for six months. She was assessed $90 and ordered to pay $50 in restitution.
