Ryan L. LaFountain, 30, of 40 Mechanic St. Apt. E, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance (with pretrial conditions) pending a Sept. 17 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an harassment prevention order brought by Westfield police.
John H. Smalls, 44, of 20 Midway Oval, Groton, Conn., was held in lieu of $10,000 cash bail pending a July 22 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trafficking of a person for sexual servitude brought by Westfield police. See story in the June 30 edition of The Westfield News.
