Ransford Kwade, 22, of 156 Granby Road, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a July 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering a building with intent to commit a misdemeanor and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Sommer A. Zebian, 27, of 1014 Pine St., Santa Ana, Calif, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Salam A. Zebian, 27, of 49 Woodsong Road, Westfield, saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted her Fifth Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Ryan M. Monczka, 22, of 87 Woodsong Road, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation were not prosecuted.
