Shane L. Loiselle, 46, of 11 Maple St., Southwick, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending an April 13 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, a second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulations as well as a miscellaneous equipment violation and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
Madison S. Tenczar, 19, of 267 Pleasant St., Holyoke, was placed on pretrial probation for six months to resolve a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police.
Gregory W. Stober, 25, of 418 College Highway, Southwick, saw charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class A drug brought by Southwick police not prosecuted.
Sydney N. Mavis, 22, of 58 Union St., Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for nine months. She was assessed $50.
Christopher M. Wilder, 36, of 198 Bates Road, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class B drug brought by Granville police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50 and fount to be not responsible for speeding in violation of special regulations.
