Robert J. Rae, 70, of 15 Falmouth Road, Southwick, was placed on pretrial probation for six months to resolve a charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years of age or older brought by Southwick police.
Timothy R. Broden, 28, of 5 Sibley Ave., Westfield, pleaded guilty to charges of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution to be determined.
Miguel G. Fernandez, 74, of 10C Kasper Drive, Westfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a June 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police.
Clinton E. Hawley, 55, of 576 Quarry Road, Becket, pleaded guilty to a charge of using a motor vehicle without authority brought by State Police and was placed on probation for six months. He was assessed $50 and a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
