Brett S. O’Connor, 28, of 220 Springdale Road, Westfield, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle without a license in his possession and a marked lanes violation brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $600, ordered to complete a Driver Alcohol Education Program and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (a subsequent offense) was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.
