Pablo Martinez, 48, of 52 Sterling Street, Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of larceny of property valued less than $1,200 and a second offense of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police. He was sentenced to two concurrent 30 day terms in the house of corrections.

Maria D. Corbett, 26, of 12 Blue Sky Drive, Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Dec. 14 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police.

Stephen W. Bragg, 43, of 113 Crestwood Street, Chicopee, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by asportation, a third offense, brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction, suspended, with probation for one year.

Nicholas Desorbo, 19, of 11 Windsor Court, Enfield, Conn., was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a Nov. 28 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of a motor vehicle and breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony brought by Southwick police.

Rachel Johnson, 38, of no fixed address in Springfield, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending a Nov. 23 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of shoplifting by asportation (a third offense) and larceny of property valued less than $1,200 brought by Westfield police.

Raethyn E. Humason, 22, of 114 Cross Road, Granville, saw a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon brought by State Police dismissed after the Commonwealth failed to prosecute.

William N. Blais, 27, of 34 Crawford Ave., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Dec. 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police.
