Sergio Miacola, 60, of 9 West School St., 1st Floor, Westfield, was sentenced to two and a half years in House of Corrections with one year direct, with balance suspended with probation to July 9, 2021 and restitution ordered, with all charges running concurrent, after pleading guilty to four charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme, brought by Westfield Police.

Lauren C. Sayre, 58, of 126 Union St., Bldg 8 Apt 18, Westfield, had a charge of receive stolen property +$250 admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Jan. 9, 2019, with fees assessed, brought by Granville Police.

David Rudenko, 18, of 114 Burlington Dr., Feeding Hills, had a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding with probation until Jan. 10, 2019, with fees assessed, while charges of person under 21 possess liquor and negligent operation of motor vehicle were dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Westfield Police.

Christian J. Costoso, 28, of 63 Pine St., #1, Holyoke, entered a guilty plea for a charge of operating motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield Police.

Michael A. Gallucci, 27, of 1210 5th Ave., Troy, New York, had a charge of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until April 10, 2018, and a charge of violate abuse prevention order admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Jan. 10, 2019, with fees assessed, brought by Westfield Police.

Justin M. Crosby, 22, of 385 Steiger Dr., Westfield, was held in lieu of $50 cash bail pending a Feb. 6 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield Police.

George Steele-Perkins, 54, of 259 Valley View Dr., Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a Feb. 23 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery with dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield Police.
