Patricia A. Lajewski, 67, of 200 Fowler Road, Westfield, received an 18-month sentence to House of Corrections, suspended with probation to Jan. 15, 2021, with fees assessed, after pleading guilty to a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent, second offense and leave scene of property damage, with fees assessed. A charge of operating with license suspended also had a guilty plea filed with defendant’s consent. A charge of marked lanes violation was found not responsible, and a charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle was dismissed nolle prosequi. Charges brought by Westfield Police.

Kayla A. Ward, 30, was released on her personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a March 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent second offense, negligent operation of motor vehicle, two counts child under 8 years and under 58 inches without carseat and three counts child endangerment while operating under influence, brought by Southwick Police.

Jose Ayala, 60, of 2 Southampton Road, Apt. 248, Westfield, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a Feb. 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member, strangulation or suffocation and assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.
Andrey Krasun, 58, of 17 Sunrise Crest, Rochester, New York, was arraigned on and had charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, motor vehicle operator refuse to identify self, register motor vehicle improperly to avoid taxes/premiums and number plate violation dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by State Police Springfield.
Michael T. Pelullo, 31, of 342 Southwick Road, #46 Westfield, was placed on probation until April 18 after being arraigned on and pleading guilty to negligent operation of motor vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.
Jessica L. Mitchell, 21, of 56 Sunnyside Road, Southwick, had a charge of assault and battery on family/household member admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until day of trial, with fees assessed, brought by Southwick Police.
