Alexis Oquendo, 38, of 26 Elizabeth St., Springfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety and with pretrial conditions pending a March 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member, strangulation or suffocation and possession class B drug, brought by Westfield Police.

 

Jan. 22, 2018

Camron M. Gray, 27, of 3 Burt Lane, Wilbraham, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a March 2 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield Police.

Ricky L. Stephens, 31, of 805 Chicopee St., Apt 2C, Chicopee, was released on $500 cash bail pending a March 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of strangulation or suffocation and assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield Police.

Joshua J. Gonyer, 34, of 142 Berkshire Ave., Southwick, had a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Jan. 22, 2019, with fees assessed and additional conditions, while charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle and speeding in violation of special regulation dismissed nolle prosequi, brought by Southwick Police.

 

Jan. 23, 2018

Ryan D. Rathburn, 31, of 272 Green St., Belchertown, was released on his personal recognizance and with pretrial conditions pending a March 15 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield Police.

Paul J. Swiencicki, 61, of 23 Field St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 30 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of operating motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield Police.

Darlene H. Pereira, 44, of 12 Klaus Anderson Road, Southwick, had a charge of possession class A drug admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until July 23, with fees assessed, brought by Southwick Police.
