Jesus M. Torres, 28, of 46 Brown Ave., Holyoke, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $90 and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $6,900.
Christopher S. Berube, 28, of 267 Falley Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 5 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident and a state highway traffic violation brought by Westfield police.
Jason L. Kodess, 55, of 45 Sequoia Drive, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $200.
Ronald J. Dionne, 26, of 5 St. Dennis St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50.
Michael R. Rossman, 38, of 9 Cleveland Ave, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and trespass brought by Westfield police.
John P. Rosario, 28, of 35 Short St., Taunton, saw charges of larceny from a person and resisting arrest brought by Westfield police dismissed without prejudice when witnesses failed to appear in court.
Rhonda L. Guevin, 40, of 31 Basket St., Huntington, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. Charges of possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class E drug were not prosecuted.
Gaetano A. Denardo, 56, of 281 Buck Pond Road, was placed on pretrial probation and saw a charge of filing a false police report dismissed upon payment of court costs of $100 and fees and assessments totaling $150. A charge of disorderly conduct was not prosecuted and a charge of obstructing justice was dismissed by the court.
Patrick A. Bowe, 21, of 29 Ellis St., Westwood, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a responsible finding for a civil charge of disorderly conduct brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding. He was assessed $75.
