David W. Funkhouser, 22, of Wilbraham, received a seven-month sentence to House of Corrections direct with credit for time served after pleading guilty to charges of two counts improper use under $250 credit card, and one count of larceny under $250 by single scheme, with fee assessed on the first count of the first charge, brought by Westfield Police.

Erin M. Pero, 37, of 40 Shepard St., Westfield, received fines and fees after pleading guilty to a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, brought by Westfield Police.

Gabrielle O. Duval, 28, of 81 Cherry St., Feeding Hills, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 27 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of possession class A drug, brought by Westfield Police.

Luis A. Valdes, 30, of 77 South Maple St., Apt. 1 Flr., Westfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety and with pretrial conditions pending a March 27 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of assault and battery, brought by Westfield Police.

Chelsea C. Daly, 22, of 344 Beechhill Road, Granville, had a charge of possession class A drug admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Jan. 25, 2019, with fees assessed, brought by Westfield Police.

Eduardo Orta Gallo, 32, of 1 Stephen Dr., Enfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit, brought by State Police Russell.

Anthony R. Haight, 27, of 5 Magnolia Ter., Westfield, had charges of breaking and entering nighttime for felony, trespass, resist arrest, larceny from building and malicious destruction of property +$250 admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Oct. 25, with fees assessed on the first charge, all brought by Westfield Police.

Eric D. Curboy, 32, of 196 Wales Road, Brimfield, had a charge of larceny over $250 and two counts larceny under $250 admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Jan. 25, 2019, with fees assessed on the first charge; also a charge of breaking and entering building nighttime for felony was dismissed nolle prosequi, all charges brought by Southwick Police.

Taimarie Crespo, 27, of 77 Walnut St., Agawam, had a charge of assault and battery admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until July 25, with fees assessed, brought by Westfield Police.
