Kayla C. Artz, 27, of 36 Holland Ave., Westfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 27 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation, brought by Westfield Police.
Brandon T. Brown, 33, of 96 Melrose St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of number plate violation and operating a motor vehicle with the license suspended, brought by Russell State Police.
