Richard K. Dazelle, 20, of 11 Morris St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of disorderly conduct and threatening to commit a crime brought by Westfield State University police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for six months. He was assessed $50.
Joseph P. Basile, 35, of 79 Franklin St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 25 hearing after he was arraigned on two charges of larceny of property valued less than $250, forgery of a check and uttering a falsely endorsed promissory note and brought by Southwick police.
Enrique Figueroa-Diaz, 28, of no fixed address in Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 25 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of larceny of property valued less than $250, shoplifting merchandise valued more than $250 and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Michael L. Niquette, 56, of 349 N. Longyard Road, Southwick was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 11 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a person older than 60 years-of-age or disabled and assault and battery on a family or household member brought by Southwick police.
Peter E. Noga Sr., 46, of 919 Southampton Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police and was sentenced to a six month term in the house of correction with credit for time served awaiting trial since Dec. 26, 2014.
Patrick Graves, 30, of 204 Hanson Drive, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 20 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle brought by State Police.
Angel M. Felix, 21, of 51 Union St., was found to be responsible for a marked lanes violation brought by Westfield police and was assessed $100. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Sebastian J. Glebocki, 18, of 730 Montgomery Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 23 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police.
Thomas J. Bertrand, 35, of 926 Northwest Road, Feeding Hills, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
Alexis Rivera, 34, of 247 Roy St., pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $50.
