Derron P. Johnson, 42, of 12 Feeding Hills Road, Apt. B3, Southwick, was placed on probation until Jan. 9, 2019, after pleading guilty to charges of breaking and entering building daytime for felony, larceny of firearm and larceny over $250; fees were also assessed on first charge; brought by Southwick Police.
Jorge A. Sanchez, 23, of 310 Walnut St., Apt. 3L, Holyoke, was held without right to bail pending a Jan. 23 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of fugitive from justice on court warrant, brought by Westfield Police.
Everett Brown, 50, of 22 Upland St., Springfield, had a charge of operating under influence of liquor or .08 percent admission to sufficient facts found but continued without a finding with probation until Jan. 9, 2019, with fees assessed and restitution ordered, while a charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle was dismissed nolle prosequi and a charge of marked lanes violation found not responsible, brought by Westfield Police.
