Matthew J. Ringenbach, 29, of 45 Otis St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, possession of a Class C drug and two charges of possession of a Class B drug and was placed on probation for one year. He was assessed $240, ordered to remain drug free and be subject to random testing, ordered to complete a rehabilitation program and forfeited $372 seized when he was arrested.
Gena Cordes, 45, of 83 Prospect St., Glaucester, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police and was fined $62.50. She was assessed $50. In a separate case brought by a Springfield Road department store, Cordes pleaded guilty to charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and shoplifting by asportation and was placed on probation for six months. She was fined $62.50 and assessed $90.
Richard A. Kaempfer, 24, of 6 Thomas St., Huntington, pleaded guilty to a charge of resisting arrest. He was fined $200 and assessed $50.
Xenia Chequi , 22, of 532 S. Summer St., Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by State Police.
James Riley, 21, of 6 Howard St., Newburyport, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of being a person younger than the legal drinking age in possession of liquor, selling or delivering liquor to a person younger than the legal drinking age and of possession of a Class B drug and was placed on probation for six months. He was assessed $150 and found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Aleksandr Rotar, 18, of 22 Moseley Ave., was enjoined from making any threats or violence and was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 6 hearing when he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 by a single scheme.
Nathanael Crespo, 20, of 561 S. Canal St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by State Police.
Nathan J. Janisieski, 20, of 198 Sackett Road, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle brought by Southwick police and the charges were continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, fined $250, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 210 days.
John C. Jebb, 25, of 91 Admiral St., East Longmeadow, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield State University police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation were not prosecuted.
Aleksesy A. Druzhkov, 19, of 2 Margerie St. , submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license brought by State Police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and was found to be not responsible for a charge of speeding.
Joshua W. Ault, 37, of no fixed address in Westfield, saw a charge of trespass brought by Westfield police not prosecuted.
William F. Matthews, 25, of 23 Frederick St., saw a charge of assault and battery brought by Westfield police dismissed when the alleged victim asserted his First Amendment rights and refused to testify.
Nicholas Foley, 23, of 263 Central St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to charges of shoplifting by asportation and larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police and was ordered to remain drug and alcohol free and be subject to random testing when he was placed on probation for six months. He was fined $100 and assessed $90.
Elizabeth Crespo, 18, of 561 South Canal St., Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge trespass brought by State Police.
Nicholas R. Foley, 23, of 263 Central St., Springfield, pleaded guilty to a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 and was placed on probation for six months. He was assessed $90.
Jessica Lopez, 25, of 168 West St., Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by State Police.
Jessica L. Ryburn, 22, of 147 Hill Street Extension, Shelton, Conn., was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 1 hearing after she was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and trespass brought by Westfield police.
Troy D. Boisseau, 26, of 553 Montgomery Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 6 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 brought by Westfield police.
