Matthew L. Dagget, 28, of 8 Conner Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police. In a separate case also brought by Westfield police, Daggett was arraigned on a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle and was released on his personal recognizance pending a second hearing on March 7.
Tommy R. Wright, 42, of 209 Douglas Ave, Providence R.I., was placed on pre-trial probation for six months after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery and violation of a protective order brought by Westfield police.
Chase J. Quinn, 29, of 8 Conner Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 11 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of disturbing the peace brought by Westfield police.
Paul N. Kuzin, 31, of 78 Grove St., Chicopee, pleaded guilty to a charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise brought by Westfield police and was fined $125. He was assessed $50.
Jeffrey C. Audette, 25, of 126 Union St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating a motor vehicle with suspended license brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for three months. He was assessed $50 and found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield at an intersection.
Colin Bannon, 22, of 24 Hitching Post Drive, Walpole, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. He was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and his license was suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted and he was found to be responsible for a charge of failure to stop or yield at an intersection.
Matthew W. Clark, 31, of 27 Harwinton Ave. Torrington, Conn., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 1 hearing after he was arraigned on charges operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection sticker brought by Westfield police.
Keith A. Raymond, 40, of 64 Scenic Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 14 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of violation of an abuse prevention order brought by Westfield police.
Rachael L. Keating, 25, of 207 Morgan Road, West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after she was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued less than $250 by a single scheme brought by Westfield police.
Frank Sollitto, 41, of 8 Sefton Drive, Southwick, was ordered to stay away from the alleged victim and St. Peter and St. Casimir’s Church when he was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of assault and battery on a person older than 60 years-of-age brought by Westfield police.
Angela Wheatley, 26, of 15 Parker Street, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after she was arraigned on charges of receiving stolen property valued more than $250 and larceny of property valued less than $250 brought by Westfield police. In a second case brought by Westfield police, Wheatley was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail after she was arraigned on two charges of larceny of a firearm, two charges of larceny of property valued more than $250 and charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and carrying a firearm without a license.
Scott J. Consolini, 25, of 23 Raplous St., Indian Orchard, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 8 hearing after he was arraigned on charges of assault and battery, wanton destruction of property valued more than $250 and larceny from a person brought by Westfield police.
