Tagetes E. Caudle, 37, of 529 Bridge St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of trespass brought by State Police.

Madelyn M. Moodie, 29, of 126 Union St., submitted to facts sufficient to warrant a guilty finding for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor brought by Westfield police and the charge was continued without a finding with probation for one year. She was assessed $350, ordered to complete a Drug Alcohol Education Program at a cost of $817.22 and her license was suspended for 45 days. She was found to be responsible for a charge of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, not responsible for a charge of failure to wear a seat belt and a marked lanes violation and a charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was not prosecuted.
Chad Broughton, 36, of 4 William St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 7 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of possession of a Class D drug brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas Serre, 22, of 78 Knollwood Drive, was released on his personal recognizance pending a March 1 hearing after he was arraigned on a charge of larceny of property valued more than $250 from a person older than 60 years-of-age brought by Westfield police.
Robert L. Twining, 27, of 145 Silver St., Granville, submitted to facts sufficient to warrant guilty findings for a charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification brought by State Police and the charges were continued without a finding and dismissed upon payment of fees and assessments totaling $100. Twining was found to be responsible for a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and assessed $100.
